Carter, Gore, Kerry join DNC speaker list

Jimmy Carter, John Kerry and Chicago Mayor Richard Daley will be among the speakers at next week’s Democratic National Convention, organizers announced today.

While I’m not a fan of any of these guys, it really bugs me that Jimmy Carter is still getting that “elder statesman” level of respect. He was an awful President, he’s anti-Israel, and he’s funded by the Saudis. Where’s the credibility?
