A link to your rss feed should be somewhere on the front page above the fold.  Bottom of the front page is not an option, as not everyone is going to think to check there.  If you bury your feed too deep, people won’t subscribe.  If these people are like me, that means they’ll also forget to come back and check your site on a regular basis.
